Bendix® ESP® Electronic Stability Program

Now drivers can count on industry-leading stability in both dry and wet conditions. The Bendix® ESP® Electronic Stability Program performs on rain-, snow-, and ice-covered surfaces, helping to mitigate rollovers and loss of control.

How it works

Bendix® ESP® works with vehicle sensors to constantly monitor the status of the chassis and anticipate and adapt to loss-of-control and rollover events. In addition to notifying the driver though automatic alerts, the system can also quickly and automatically intervene to assist the driver if the vehicle is reaching a critical stability threshold. The integrated safety system can selectively apply vehicle brakes, as well as de-throttle the engine.

Bendix® Wingman® Advanced™ Collision Mitigation

With a stable ride in check thanks to Electronic Stability Control, now it’s time to look at how a new IC Bus can help your drivers minimize the frequency and severity of rear-end collisions.

How it works

The Bendix® Wingman® Advanced™ system uses radar technology to detect objects up to 500 feet down the road, then employs active and passive assistance to mitigate the potential for collision. In addition to providing visual and audible driver alerts through a driver interface unit located on the dash, the system can automatically de-throttle and retard the engine while proactively applying the brakes.

Following distance alerts that allow your drivers to make adjustments as needed
